Firm scoops Gold at 2016 UK Coach Awards

Norfolk-based family holiday firm, Eastons Holidays, has received the gold award for their 2016 Tour Programme at the recent National UK Coach Industry Awards, held in Manchester on April 21.

Competing with some of the biggest names in the industry, Eastons Holidays managed to impress the judges with exceptional customer service and its constant cycle of improvement achieved by carefully listening to customer feedback.

The judges thought that Eastons Holidays was a fine example of a traditional coach company that has embraced change and is showing steady year on year growth with a record 199 tours made in 2015.
